Kind Health
Group
A physician-led concierge practice in Encinitas, CA — built to be recognized, recommended, and cited by AI.
The practice was exceptional.
The content didn't show it.
Dr. Georgine Nanos founded Kind Health Group in Encinitas in 2017. Board-certified in family medicine, trained at George Washington University and UC San Diego, she built a practice that treats brain health, hormones, metabolism, and pelvic health as one connected system — not fragmented between specialists. In 2025 she published first-author in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation, the official journal of the Clinical TMS Society, on her accelerated one-day protocol. Ranch & Coast Magazine called her "currently the only physician offering the treatment in clinical practice in the United States."
None of that was in her content. The woman who most needed Dr. Nanos — high-achieving, North County, done with a system that kept telling her labs were normal — couldn't find her. And when she did land on KHG, nothing was speaking to her.
The engagement built the full system: brand voice, a content engine structured for AI citation, and email infrastructure that treats every touchpoint as proof of the promise.
Voice, pillars, and
a system to run them.
Dr. Nanos's content had to sound like a physician who cries with patients and cites peer-reviewed research in the same breath — not a clinical brochure, not a wellness blog. We defined four voice principles, then built the content infrastructure around them: three pillars per brand and a monthly calendar that runs without Dr. Nanos in every piece.
KHG and Kind Minds TMS operate as separate brands with separate pipelines — women's health, midlife, and concierge care on one side; accelerated TMS and brain health on the other.
Built to be cited.
Not just found.
KHG's ideal patient doesn't scroll Instagram to find a doctor. She asks ChatGPT at midnight — "who treats hormones and brain fog together near Encinitas" or "accelerated TMS San Diego." If KHG isn't in those answers, she moves on before she ever reaches a website.
Every piece was architected for AI citation from the first draft. The authority signal is real: Dr. Nanos is a peer-reviewed, first-author published physician in the official journal of the Clinical TMS Society (Elsevier, 2025) — the kind of verifiable credential AI pulls before people do.
Email that reads like
a letter, not a blast.
The woman who chooses KHG chose it because it felt nothing like what she left behind. Her inbox has to match. We built a complete email infrastructure — welcome arc, TMS and women's health nurture flows, and monthly broadcast templates that carry Dr. Nanos's voice, not generic medical marketing copy.
- Welcome sequence (5-email arc)
- TMS nurture sequence
- Women's health nurture flow
- Concierge care onboarding series
- Monthly broadcast template
- Re-engagement sequence
- Patient milestone emails
- Referral ask framework
A brand you can see —
and hear.
The system didn't stay on the page. Every touchpoint — from the redesigned homepage to the printed patient brochure — carries the same coastal-calm, physician-grade identity.
Then we gave Dr. Nanos a microphone. The Kind Revolution launched as her long-form conversation with the experts, patients, and voices reshaping women's health and brain medicine. We built it end to end — the name, the cover art, guest strategy, episode titles written for search, show notes, and the social cutdowns that turn one recording into a week of content.
The science, in her voice —
made legible.

She's done with generic care. She just needed a practice that wasn't.
